I've been unable to find an alternative to the "official" number for the Stoke Depot - that number being 08700 844 562. Anyone any ideas?

I've tried ringing the number listed for Preston, to see if they would tell me, but one of the numbers has an answerphone telling you to use the 0870 number, while the other just rings out.

The Head Office listed puts you through to Royal Mail, who won't put you through to Parcelforce. Farcelporce, more like!

I can verify that if you ring that number, its to Farcelporce Stoke Depot. However, there is answerphone at the other end telling you the number has now changed to 08700 844 562. If you ring that, and take the option to speak to a representative, you get music + adverts for a while, then it cuts you off. I bet they make more money out of that than they do out of delivering (or in my case, NOT delivering) parcels.
