I've looked at www.192.com using the postcode only, as a search reference.
There are too many companies listed, which leads me to believe that there is only one company offering the money, and these are all subsiduaries. Try the same search, and try a few of the numbers.

And next time please give us more details, such as the number you have, their address, website etc.

Most give 020 8449 8888. This looks like a memorable number and might be a general number (switchboard/reception) who can put you through.

I Googled that number you were provided with and it turns out to be Bradford & Bingley. Indeed, the results show it is shown on the Mortgage Express website here.
