Misspelt in original. The company is Anovo.

Anovo are responsible for the repairs for many companies, inc Pace Micro & Philips. A general look through various sites shows that you shouldn't hold your breath when dealing with them.

The thread that a very nice man directs you to tells you to post information on what the 0870 number is. Philips is a big company. I assume you are referring to Philips Electronics.

I know I can go back to where I bought it but there site is unobtainable ??? Thanks for your help
