BT (or O2)  registering mobile for roaming
Jul 4th, 2006 at 8:00am

To register one calls 08706003009. This is ANSWERED and you are told you are in a queue. After TEN minutes contact was made with a human and the transaction sorted.
I complained about the rip off, stating that if they couldn't deal with the call, then let it ring, - don't charge me for being told I'm in a queue, - I already know that!
BT emailed to say sorry and also to tell me that - "You can
call BT mobile for free by dialling 150 from your landline handset and ask
to be transferred"
Thought you might like to know this one.

Thanks for that. Am I correct in saying that you are with BT Mobile (and not O2)?
