I see that you have long lists of alternative numbers for all the chain stores. May I suggest that where possible we only use the branches for which we can find the geographic numbers so that any subsequent queries eg delivery times, faults or whatever can be called in this way. This comes to mind as I ordered soemthing from Currys last week and on looking for the number today I see that I could have ordered it by phone from another branch which appears on the list so look before you leap would seem to be a good motto
