The general number for Docklands Business Centre is 020 7345 5000. 020 7345 5002 & 5100 allows you to dial extension number.

I have dialled 020 7345 5000 through to 5130. Quite a few answer with messages for various companies, so I think that this building is occupied by many small businesses, and the above link confirms that the telephone services are provided. Indeed, a few quote 020 7345 5001 fax number, so presumably a communial fax machine.

Apart from continuing through the numbers, the only thing I can suggest is that you ring the switchboard 020 7345 5000 and ask to be put through. Perhaps they will give out the extension number or DDI number for Telivo.
