Does anyone have a geographical number for the BUPA Heatbeat Claims number which is 0845 606 8000

Have you tried calling  0207 656 2000 their main switchboard,and asking to be put through?

That's the number I always use - never failed yet (even though I tell them I know the woman I want to speak to is in Liverpool).
