T-mobile hotspot customer services (Read 4,877 times)

I tried filling in the form on this page but kept getting errors (the latest reply being: Sorry, there is a problem with the survey at this time. Please try again later) which is why I wondered if anyone had a telephone number for them (the 0845 number was on hold with music for a few minutes and then hung up on me) - will keep trying (update - got an answer on the 0845 number)

If it helps I have the main reception number for T-Mobile, when you get through just ask to be transferred to customer services and they will pop you though. This is a 9-5 number obviously. If you have free minutes it will save a fortune on calls. 01707 315000
