Does anybody have a geographical number for the Roadside Rescue provided by Europ Assistance. In their blurb they quote 0844 338 5800.

On the site there is only one non verified number of 01444 442663 and through BT have found the following:-

Europ Assistance Ltd
Switchboard
Tel: (01444) 411999 - Text Number
Sussex Ho Perrymount Rd, Haywards Heath, RH16 1DN

The most likely time you are going to need to phone is when out and about and only have your mobile and 0844 numbers on any network are expensive, so would be very grateful if anyone could help or suggest how might find said number. Not sure if their call centres are UK or overseas based.

There are plenty of numbers in the database, all beginning 01444, put "Europ Assistance" without the quote marks into the Company Name search box here; - http://www.saynoto0870.com/search.php

The number you have quoted 01444 411999 is not a "Text Number" but the "Customer Services menu"

As derrick says, there are numerous entries for Europ Assistance in the database. They are listed with 0870 numbers alongside, so it looks like Europ Assistance has decided to move from 0870 to 0844 following the loss of revenue on 0870 numbers.

There is one entry which is marked as "Breakdown recovery" which is probably the one you are looking for.

Perhaps you can let me know what other 0844 numbers you know Europ Assistance to operate (customer services etc) so that they can be listed in the database in the relevant entries.

Requesting an Accident Claim form 01444 442277

Thanks for the feedback. I've been through the Europ Assistance entries and tidied them up. The alternative for customer services is 01444 442442. Wink

Alternative numbers listed, including this one, answer with the same menu as corresponding 0870/0844 numbers for each entry.
