ADSL2+ instead of ADSL which is possible (but in most cases not likely) to achieve speeds over 20meg. I also think that ADSL2+ uses the existing
POTS frequencies as well to help achieve this speed boost.

Without new equipment by BT or cable, I can't see this being possible. I think TW's current limit is 10meg based on their equipment. I believe they are (or have) upgrading/upgraded their equipment to handle faster speeds but 100meg is still a far way off I think.
