However, if you search the database for john lewis there are two entries for "Partnership Card"; one is customer services and one is lost/stolen.

I suggest that you try the phone numbers given. Just because they don't have the relevant 0845 number by them does not mean that they are not viable alternatives. In some cases you may have to be asked to be put through.

I have found that the one ending 32 is given as a contact number for overseas customers. According to this page the number ending 32 is lost and stolen, so they may be the wrong way around.
