It is part of Miller Group which also encompasses Miller Homes which is discussed on this forum here.

The Edinburgh office that you are referring to (and to which you forgot to post the address Roll Eyes

) is Miller Group's head office, which is:
Miller House
2 Lochside View
Edinburgh Park
EDINBURGH
EH12 9DH

The 'old' number was 0131 315 6000, but now has a network announcement giving out the rip-off premium number. I presume all numbers for the company that started 0131 315 6xxx are now disconnected.

A Google of Miller's site for 0131 (see here) reveals quite a few pages with 0131 3156xxx numbers on.

A friend of mine is contunually on hold and has had a phone bill of over £30 for just this number - she's not happy, especially considering she has lots of 'free' calls left at the end of the month on her mobile allowance.

Here is this company's 'contact us' page with lots of 0870 number.

Can you try the geographic and see if it works?

I have joined your thread on to the existing one. There is also another thread for Miller Homes which is now closed here. The requestor says he found the number, but evidently couldn't be bothered to share it, despite us having spent time assisting him.

Please can you post the address of the office you would like to contact. There is an alternative number in the unverified database for Miller Homes in Southern Region (Basingstoke number) 01256 708356.

The verified alternative for the head office in Edinburgh is 0131 6666500.

I can get through via Edinburgh but she is not very efficient and has transferred me to a least 4 wrong offices which entails me having to ring back every time to try again. She is getting a little fed up with me because of this.

reveals an entry nearby for this company:

Miller Group of Companies
15 Mercer House
High Street
St Albans
Hertfordshire
AL3 7LE

Tel: 01582 794220
Fax: 01582 794220

This number rings, so either they have moved from Mercer House to Alban Park or this is another office. They may be able to provide you with a geographical number for the office you require.

The local dialling code for AL4 0JJ is 01727. A Google of "miller homes" 01727 reveals a page on Miller's website which used to have the fax number 01727 892801 on, which is now not recognised.

If you do find a working number, please do let us know on here as it will assist others who need to contact them.

Thank you to the person or persons who have submitted the alternative underlying geographical numbers for Miller Group's block of 0870 numbers.

All Miller's office numbers (apart from a few fax numbers) are Edinburgh (0131) numbers, even though they don't all terminate there. The internal extension numbers relate to the last four digits of the 0870 numbers rather than the geographical numbers.

Numbers map as follows:

0870 3364***=0131 6667***
0870 33650**=0131 66665**
0870 33651**=0131 66666**
0870 33652**=0131 66667**
0870 33653**=0131 66668**
0870 33654**=0131 66669**

I have put an entry in the database for each individual office.
