The Royal Mail has craftily dispensed with local numbers and substitituted 0845 numbers.  Unfortunately I have just thrown out my old phone directory which still listed the old 01923 number. This is clearly intended as a money raiser for who else but a local caller would normally want to contact a Delivery Office?  I see that saynoto0870 only lists a couple of Delivery Office numbers out of the hundreds that must exist in the UK.  May I suggest a blitz among subscribers to fill in the many gaps which hopefully would include Northwood?
