Beware of a company called DPS with a telephone number  0871-208-4190 and 0871-208-4189. They will leave a message on your landline (or mobile) and say "We tried to deliver a document to your house but there was nobody in. Please ring this number given above to arrange a delivery time".   You ring them, but you just get a message to say you are in a queue. This goes on for 20 minutes or until you get fed up. By then you've spent at least £2 for nothing. They seem to have contacts in the Post office who giev them details of residents who are genuinely expecting a parcel. of course, nothing ever gets delivered by phoning the number above. You will get your expected parcel in any case. Sadly, 0871 numbers are not regulated by ICSTIS (yet) so you cannot call for recompense.
