Bradford & Bingley Insurance Claims
Oct 18th, 2006 at 2:27am

I’ve just renewed my home insurance with Bradford & Bingley via confused.com and when I received my papers I notice there was a 0870 number which is not listed on this website. Anyhow, can you tell me if I were to make a claim do I call 0800 1073024, 0800 1073015 or 0800 1073017? Or dose anyone no an alternative to the 0870 number for claims with Bradford & Bingley.

I see all these numbers you refer to are listed in the verified database under "Bradford & Bingley". In the event of a claim you will have to try them, there's no information as to what they are for.

Thanks Dave, I thought as much. Thought I would check all the same. I suppose if I have to make a claim anyway it would be sensible to call what ever number is available regardless of price. I just hope I don’t have to.

I don’t suppose it will help but the number I was querying is 0870 060 4523.

Thanks again   Smiley

This is my first request. So apologies if I miss anything. I am looking for geographical numbers for Bradford and Bingley, primarily for the following :

08700604518 Customer Services

Their address is Bradford & Bingley plc, PO BOX 88, Croft Road, Crossflatts, Bingley, West Yorkshire,  BD16 2UA

Found this on the B&B website:

Registered Office Address
Bradford & Bingley plc
P.O. Box 88
Croft Road
Crossflatts
BINGLEY
BD16 2UA
Registered in England no: 3938288
Tel: +44(0)1274 555555

Also found an 0800 number - 0800 113333 - worth a try from a landline.

Did some contract work there a few years ago, but regret to say I remember absolutely nothing about the format of the internal DD numbers, except that they were very close to Bradford Royal Infirmary and we regularly got people phoning up to change their appointments!  One woman was so insistent we eventually told her the new time was OK .....

Some numbers for customer services are in the database. Search using the 0870 number. I assume that this is customer services for B&B Insurance rather than banking or some other service it offers.

One database entry mentions Budget Insurance Services Limited (BISL). Is this the company which underwrites your insurance? What type of insurance is it? Eg Life, home, motor etc?

This is the thread for claims - there might be some useful information above. There are no entries in the database for B&B claims which match the 0870 you quote, and there appears to be none for claims.

Just to let everyone know that this number is still active. Just spent sometime on this number and did not cost me a penny Grin

I know it is a verified number, but just thought I would let everyone know. Smiley
