Hi, I just saw a missed call on my mobile from the above number.  It had a very short ringing time (less than 1 second).  When I called back, there was a recorded announcement, in a very slowed-down voice, saying that I had won some competition.

As I have not entered any competitions recently I am pretty sure this is a scam.  ICSTIS lists the number as coming from Your Communications Ltd. but there is no further info.

I suspect that they are probably just trawling random mobile numbers, in the knowledge that punters will probably call them back.
