I have searched this website and Google for their number, as, like most of you, not only do I object strongly to having to pay for a call when I already pay for a flat fee monthly charge, but I am also on a low income due to severe disability/terminal illness and simply cannot afford it.  I need to RMA a piece of equipment which was DOA, but because I needed help with fitting it, a couple of months have gone by since purchase, and they are suggesting that before I ask them for an RMA that I also telephone the manufacturer, ASUS who also have a 0870 number before I actually can speak to them.  So I suppose I should also be asking for a landline number for ASUS UK -- forgive me, but do I need to put that in a separate post?  I have searched your site for them.  Because of my illness, I tire very quickly and am finding this whole nasty business incredibly tiring and unfortunately cannot find anybody else to take on this for me.
