I have only really called the 0800 number about once or twice, and both of them, were from home.

I was able to get through to someone last time around, and my query was just passed to the person who deals with the project, and I was called back.

It might be an idea to watch out for the e-mails they send now and again, asking for people who fit certain criteria.  They usually include an 01865 number, which is a direct line to the project manager, however since it's a direct line, when they're not in the office, there's more chance of voicemail.

By the way, do you work for any other mystery shopping companies?  I do work for a few others as well.
