Well the first thing I noticed was that the Farmkey website shows a fax number at the bottom of the page: 01829 730 900. Googling reveals this to be Promar International Ltd.

A Google of the 01270 616702 fax number reveals this page which gives Genus Breeding Ltd at the same address, tel 01270 616616. Another number for Genus here: 01270 616 643

Its parent company is Genus Plc: http://www.genus-plc.co.uk/

Genus Plc is also the parent of Promar International.

Looking up registration information for farmkey.co.uk (see here ) shows the registrant to be Genus Plc.

A search for farmkey 01270 reveals this page which gives 01270 616681 for Farmkey.

I suggest that you try 01270 616681 (apparently Farmkey) or 01270 616616 as it appears to be a general number (reception/switchboard) for the Alpha Building. You will probably have to ask to be put through on the general number which is also listed on BT Directory Enquiries.
