The 0800 is for emergency rescue and is listed on the website here. These cretins give a "lo call" (sic) number 0845 006 8021 as an alternative to the 0800. In an emergency you are likely to be using a mobile and mobile operators tend to charge more for 0800 and 0845 than geographical numbers. They also boast about this being a new number here. 

I would try the above 01785 number. Whilst you're at it, perhaps you could point out the stupidity of their supposed "lo call" number and suggest that they publish a 01/02 geographical number for this purpose. Please come back and say whether it works or not.

PS Just a thought: If you keep it as an alternative for the emergency number as well, make sure you also have the 0800 to hand aswell as the 01785 number may only be open during office hours.
