If you dial 01304 863 000 out of office hours, you get told to "dial the call centre" on 08716 645 645.
It offers reservations, customer services, etc.
If you dial 01304 864 034, which replaced 08705 20 20 20, it's no longer working.

Both these in the unverified section. Thanks as always Dave - I never headline/caption in conversation, either. Embarrassed

Thanks andy. As 863000 is switchboard, it's, likely as not, only going to be open during office hours. It appears that other numbers, 01304 864008 /09 /10 /12 /13 /14 /17 /21 /22 /23 /24 have been discontinued. These were working a year ago when I tried, as you can see in reply #7 above.

It appears that 0871 6645645 has replaced 0870 5202020. I will amend the entries accordingly.

Simon, can you try 01304 864088 as suggested by andy9 and let us know whether it works?

Yes, sometime last year I rang and asked when 864156 (which they previously gave me) stopped working, but as ~088 was also in your post last summer I didn't check the database on here to think of adding it

I've amended the entry with the 0871 6645645 number, removed alternatives 008-024 and replaced with 088.

The number 0871 6646464 only appears on one P&O page and appears to be for reservations, so I think the same alternative will work. I have therefore added it to the entry.

When you ring the 01304 864xxx numbers, some redirect to 0871 6646464 and some redirect to other 0871s.
