Grab A Scam - Surely Enough is Enough?

Am I the only person on this site who is sick and tired of the continued appearance of the Grab A Grand banner?
So far as I'm concerned the ethics of Grab A Grand are precisely the same as scammers who ring you at home on an 0871 number or 09 number saying you have won a prize and to call another number.
It might have taken Daniel a while to find another alternative suitable ad banner but it is completely unacceptable that the top page of this website continues to be afflicted by Grab A Scam.
In order to test the views of others I have decided to conduct a poll on this matter. Please give your views.

I find it ironicly amusing, same goes for the Google ads for getting your own 0845 and the like.

I find GrabAGrand worse due to its prominence and the phrase Live A Little.

You obviously have no idea what the Grab A Grand banner is promoting!
It advertises a legal and Lotteries Council approved syndicate for playing the lottery (UK and EuroMillions).
Those of us who promote this face a constatnt battle because it looks too good to be true. But if someome said to you they might give you a million pounds if you pay them one pound - you'd think it was a scam - but thats what Camelot successfully tell millions of people twice a week!
E-Lottery and grab a grand are NOT scams.

Can't see how you will get £1 million in a lottery syndicate which shares out the winnings.
It is the style of marketing used that makes it look like a scam.

If you played the Euromillions lottery in our syndicate and it rolled over to 39 million or more (as it did a few weeks back) then when shared out between the 39 people in the syndicate you would get one million or more each.
Can you suggest a better style of marketing? We advertise what we do and offer incentives to join/find out more through the Grab a Grand competition.
Please do let me know if you can think of better ways of advertising it as I have introduced 5 players to my syndicate which means I now play for free, but if I can introduce some more then I will earn commission. I simply ask people if they want to join a lottery syndicate and give them the link to play in our grab a grand competition. How can I make it look less like a scam?
