My gut instinct tells me that it could be 0141 342 1000 ...sure enough Google the fax number on its own, "0141 342 1030" and one of the hits gives that number.

Thanks Lompos, I've added it but alongside the Passport Office's general number 0870 5210410.

The 0870 125 1256 number is listed here as being a Home Office number for "Siemens Business Services (initial application check)". I can't find any other trace of it on the internet.

The Passport Office currently route all calls to their national adviceline:

This national Passport Adviceline provides a single point of contact for all telephone callers. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All calls are charged at national rates.
0870 521 0410

I actually called 0141 342 1000 and they confirmed that they were the Glasgow Passport Office and the adviceline.
