Thanks for that, just tried it and it took me through a set of options, I wanted support so pressed 2 and got an autmoated message saying, "One moment please, you have entered an invalid extension number" so....tried all three other options (i.e. sales, billing) and it gave the same response.
Back to the annoying man that has had me in an que for now 1 hour 23 mins!!
