capped mobile calls on voip?

I was just looking around as you do, and I came across this page

Now to me it looks like for £5 a month I can pay for unlimited calls, and also included is mobile calls at 25p for first 60 minutes.. am I reading this correct? If this is so, then Im sure there are alot of people here that could be using that with great advantage..

Im no BT user, and im not about to sign up yet, but im sure someone there might be able to have a closer look, and or try it out for us
