CC UK - Aldi Computer Repairers (Read 18,351 times)

CC UK - Aldi Computer Repairers

Hi guys

CC UK are a repair company that Aldi use for repairs to computer equipment.

Their address is:

Unit 17, Trafalgar House
Thames Industrial Park
East Tilbury
Essex
RM18 8RD

I have a few contact numbers for them but it's fiendishly difficult to get through to them and hanging on, listening to music for endless times just increases their profits!

These are the numbers I have:

0871 271 6869 & 0845 311 788

Geographical alternatives would be great.

Checking the 0871 I found the same as Lompos - It's nothing to do with them - it's for the TelevisionX channel.

Then the 0845 came up with NOTHING as I suspect that it's short one digit !!

CCUK Ltd are in Liquidation according to Companies House

CCUK (London) Ltd, although mentioned on the Grumpier Old Men website are a mystery and that is the only mention of that address you gave.

And 5 minutes of Googling gave me the correct name of Custom Computers UK Ltd (aka CCUK Ltd) and their website, which in turn gives you their contact number of

01582 599991

.

Let us know if this turns out to be them or not.

I have no idea where you got both those numbers from but someone really sold you a DUFFER !! Undecided

Thanks for the help guys.

Originally I had no numbers at all. Gericom (Aldi Brand) wouldn't give me their number so I did a search and happened upon someone else having problems with CCUK. I emailed the guy and he replied with the numbers I posted.

I'll try contact them tomorrow.

Checking with Companies House there are a number of companies that have very similar names. One of them CC UK Limited is actually in liquidation.

A possibility might be:

CC UK (LONDON) LTD.
101 CROW GREEN ROAD
PILGRIMS HATCH
BRENTWOOD
ESSEX
CM159RP

They are registered as company No. 05182695 and are described as engaged in "computer related acticities"

This is only 15 miles from the Tilbury address (could it be the office, with Tilbury being the workshop?) but I have been unable to find a phone number for it. May be someone more knowledgeable than myself could try.

Thanks to Lompos' info which I'm assuming he got from the Grumpy old men site which contained a link to UKData.com which gave the address above along with registration number. Wink

Anyhow, a google search reveals a few companies operate at the address mentioned by Lompos.

The one thing in common apart from the address is that their numbers begin with 01277 37xxxx.

I wasn't able to find anything for the address given by Datasafe apart from the grumpy old man link already mentioned.

I also wasn't able to find anything more on CC UK at the address posted by Lompos.

This looks like a practically non-existant extremely small company.

. . . and another small anomaly !

Trafalgar House is on the Industrial estate to the left of Princess Margarets Rd, which is RM18 8RH

RM18 8RD however is on the right of Princess Margarets Rd, off Gloucester Ave. on

Farm Road

No records of a Computer services company there (or in that area), or of Unit 17 so I'm thinking it maybe the workshop as Lompos says ! Undecided

I am trying to track down my monitor. It was despatched bLOst y amtrak to a company called CC UK they operate in unit 17 Trafalgar House industrial estate East Tilbury Tilbury Essex RM18 8RD I cant find any number to ring them and AMTRAK tell me they aren't receiving any more parcels Can some one help with a suggestion PLEASE

Why was the monitor sent to CC UK in the first place? You may have recourse to AMTRAK if it was they who routed the monitor to a company which is in liquidation.

From Companies House information it seems CC UK have been in liquidation for some time. You may wish to check the current position with the accountants who deal with the winding up:

Reference your tales of CC UK The 0845 number you mention used to put you through to Ireland . For some unknown reason the number now goes through to Austria. The people arent very helpful or forthcoming with advice and the phone lines become garbled (not sure if they have a machine to make it do thaT!!!) TH/. WHOLE THING IS A SHAMBLES. Not to sure how long it will remain this way
