T-Mobile alternatives no longer working (Read 10,314 times)

Another retrograde step. Has anyone had any luck in finding an alternative to the Customers Services 0845 4121121 please ?

Aha... SOME monthly plans get the 150 calls free, some don't.

From the t-mobile website

I have the online/self serve option (which saves money as long as I never need to phone them)

So some customers have to pay for this then?
