T-Mobile alternatives no longer working
Jan 2nd, 2007 at 2:08pm

I've found that T-mobile's geo numbers now don't seem to be working and their site only gives a mobile number. Another retrograde step.

Has anyone had any luck in finding an alternative to the Customers Services 0845 4121121 please ?

Really, DON'T do this.  It used to be free, but it now costs 50p per minute, as I discovered last week

No, I have a monthly contract phone.  It used to be free (until very recently).

Aha... SOME monthly plans get the 150 calls free, some don't.

From the t-mobile website

Quote:
To call Customer Services from your T-Mobile phone, simply dial 150 (Standard Pay monthly, U-Fix & Mix It plans - Free; Pay as you go - 25p per call; Online/Self Serve plans - 50p per minute (Max £5 per call))

I have the online/self serve option (which saves money as long as I never need to phone them)

The T-Mobile website says that one should call 150 to find out the prices to different 08xx and 09x numbers, rather than giving them online. So some customers have to pay for this then?  Shocked
