18185 Customer Service

Hi

Could members please indicate the kind of timeframe I should expect 18185 to reply to a request to register 3 lines with them.  I originaly applied on Wed last week (1 number) but this morning I re-applied with 3 numbers instead.  Also feedback to their overall effiecency would be helpful.

Mine took 20 minutes (and I have since added and removed other numbers in a similar time frame).

After years of ignoring govt. guidelines & RIPPING OFF Council Tax payers using 0845 numbers, Essex County Council changed to 0345 numbers on 2 November 2015

Don't you  mean 18185? 118's are for expensive DQs
