Their website gives a contact us page: http://www.autoglass.co.uk/Contact-us.202.0.html that shows the Freephone number that you quoted and a callback form.
OK, no use from a mobile, but they seem to be heading in the right direction and so an enquiry of them for a geographic number might start the process of rethinking.
