Hi,

0844 8000 444, please advise of an alternative number. I am trying to phone the general enquiry line to find more about energy saving light bulbs.

The Eaga group website: http://www.eagagroup.com/

Their address: Speec response centre, unit 18, Sandbank Business park, Dunoon, Argyll, PA23 8PB

Thanks in advance

A line of searches with the post code gave the above site & company that might be the relevant one, with number.

Although looking at the address you gave, where did it come from. Not from the page you gave.

Is anybody aware of the above?

Have you tried the other numbers? Particularly the 0191 (Newcastle) one as it is head office?

Where are these energy saving lightbulbs available from and why can you not just buy them from a shop or another retailer that does not rip you off with 084/087 NGN?

In response to Dave, I think this place, as an offer by the electric companies, gives away a pack of 2 "green" bulbs for free.
Despite the fact that these bulbs do not actually benefit the enviroment because they use harmful chemicals in the bulb, and don't give out the same amount of light, thus 2 are needed. Even a Government minister pointed this out.  They also flicker at about 50hz and can help induce headaches etc.
But what the heck, they're overpriced and labelled as "green" so they must be good!
