The geographical number given in the search for B & B, 01274 555555, is only for general enquiries. If you want to connect to for something specific, eg. eSavings, then you still have to dial their 0845 601 7802, and go through the whole time wasting menu procedure before being connected. During peak times you could have a long wait:(

If anyone come up with an alternative geo number to the above, it would be much appreciated.

lompos Supreme Member Offline Posts: 791	Re: Bradford & Bingley Reply #1 - Feb 10^th, 2007 at 8:14pm Apart from the 01274 555 555 number you could try one of the following other geog numbers: 01274 555 212 01274 565 133 Also, if they are reluctant to transfer you to the dept. you want say that outgoing calls to 08.. numbers are barred from the switchboard you are calling from.
