Took me a while to figure out how to start a Topic. Kind of tuff to be new to this and not too sure how it works yet.

Anyway I need a number for sky Broadband But the Mac specialist team please.My wireless broadband does not seem to work and even by calling the other 0800 number, never got to the right person and spend hours explaining to hundreds of different people that I needed a sky specialist. They have an extension number but only the customer service can put you through.PLEASE HELP??!!

Hi and thanks for replying.After a million calls from me a Mac guy called from sky and because I had the same problem for so long(still have), the mac guy himself said next time I should ask to be transferred to ext 77867.Until this day I did not manage to be transferred.Some people say they can't, only the customer service can...then customer service transfers me to the useless technical support who are the ones who can't transfer you to the Mac people and want to give you back to the customer service!!!!   I am soooo angry!!! I also want to complain but is there someone else better than Ofcom? Also RE: forcing people to call 0870.

I tried the 0800 number I found on your website.Not sure if I should write it on this number here as I have read Sky finds those numbers and cancel them? I even tried the 0870 number once but still useless. There is also another specific number 0870 600 5630 for wireless broadband but have not tried yet.

PS: just tried one of your unverified number 02392899292 given for the above 0870 but it is a number for staff only.
