The number you refer to is 0500 222666.

It is shown on The Link's contact page as being for sales enquiries and an 0870 is given for aftersales. However, the menu on the 0500 number has an options for aftersales. This is why it is listed as an alternative on here. Have you tried it?

Tried to get freephone number off them and the internet but no luck! Won't be buying a phone from them again, that's for sure!
