You could try the above number and see if they will put you through. Or they may provide you with another 01792 (or 0870) for you to call.
Some numbers at Princess House do begin 01792 482xxx, but then others don't. But the website says that they provide telephone systems, so surely they have a whole block of numbers for the building.
One other line to pursue are the 0870 numbers (ringing them I mean). Yes, yes, I know, but sometimes they yield a clue that helps us find an alternative.
The two quoted on the website are 0870 890 2830 and 0870 890 3688. In an office environment where there are many extensions and you can dial them directly from outside (known as direct dialling in or DDI) voicemail services exist that quote the extension number, that is if the user hasn't recorded their own message. So ringing the 0870s whilst they are closed could yield the extension numbers, and then it's just a case of working out what prefix to get the outside number.
