That one is a fax number (got an earful of screech! )
I did a general search of that number though and came across a page which identified it as a fax, but also included 0121 525 7070. I called and was greeted by someone who did not announce the company name, so I bluffed it and was then asked for the first 2 digits of my mortgage account number. I was then put in a hold queue which sounded suspiciously like the queue for the building society (same music, messages). However I gave up waiting after 15 minutes. I'll try it again tomorrow.
