First of all a big thanks to everybody concerned with running this site. What a wonderful service. 

I have read the guide and have done a search on the company in question but have found nothing. Details:

They provide a great service of faxing documents online and giving you a fax number to receive faxes which are forwarded to your email account. They also offer a 30 day free trial. However, in order to cancel you have to call them (not email or online) and they tell me they have no alternative to the 0870 number which, of course, is not true. It appears they are making money from people that want to cancel or anyone that just needs help... in addition to their monthly fee.

I use eFax too. If you have cheap international calls, you may like to try calling the Republic of Ireland Number:

00 353 1 656 4910

It's a Dublin number. I generally find it's cheaper than the 0870, and it goes through to the same call centre.
