Why can't you call for free? Are you calling from a mobile?
You can call freephone numbers at geographical rates using the dial-through the number 020 0222 0700 or 020 02220900. These are geographical London (020) numbers, but they are known as "national dialling only" numbers. This is because the digit after the 020 code is 0, therefore you must always dial the code, even from a landline with an 020 number. You may also find that some providers (includinhg BT) won't let you dial national dialling only numbers.
