I booked a Holiday Monday evening, for a park in Northumberland, a nice park, and paid the £138 half price offer, I didnt have access to net again till Tuesday and checked confirmation email, which listed a totally different park.
Now when I was booking it it kept glitching and when it got to payment page it gave me this same wrong park each time.
But when I finally paid it gave me right park, until i got this confirmation.
I reckon the site is glitched! Anyway I noticed Tuesday the error, tried phoning numerous times as I was worried that the half price offer ended at midnight, I either didnt even connect or was on hold for like 20 minutes a time on a 10p a minute 0870 number!
I finally(convieniently) got through last night to a rude woman who said if I changed parks it would cost the new double price plus £20 cancelation fee.
I asked for a refund and was refused!
Oh and by the way the park they booked me into is a grotty park tiny with 1 bar and small swimming pool and with a terrible rep for fights and arrests.
Plus its only about 25 miles from where I live!
I reckon it routed me to nearest park or something.
