First Assist Insurance Services are used by HSBC to perpetrate their PPI insurance scam. PPI is the overpriced loan and mortgage insurance that banks sell you to cover the loan payments, HA HA. They always try to riggle out of paying and provide 0870 numbers for when you want to complain or chase.
