I have been unable to register a new geographical number using the appropriate link on this website, and get a similar error message when I try to use the 'contact us' link as well - it might be something to do with my works server.  So perhaps someone could help by adding the following geographical number to the database for me:

Amtrak (Welwyn Garden City depot): 01707 375372 (they have moved here recently from Stevenage)

The phone number on the calling card they leave in this part of the world is 0870 8110687, which is actually the Taunton, Somerset depot, and using this number it is impossible to actually speak to anyone - you just get a recorded message.  Thanks.
