Yes !!  It looks like you've been suckered by a Sales Scam !  

It's all down to -

• Who do you know that would leave you an urgent message & an 0870 to call back on ?
• What reason would they have for keeping you on hold ?
• Why didn't they leave me a message saying what was so urgent ?

If you can't answer any of those then guess what ? It wasn't URGENT to you. It was them getting you to panic & call them to make them some money.

Look through the forum for other instances of this scam, but NOT this number as I can't find any record of it anywhere or the CCM you mention. We have had Debt Collection agencies resorting to this to get information about you, so be careful what you confirm with a caller you don't know.

I suggest that you forget it. If it's that urgent they will call you back & you'll see I'm right (it wasn't urgent).
Just be glad you didn't stay on hold for too long & you won't get suckered by this scam again, will you ??
