www.parklet.co.uk, and would like to address your conecrn with regards to late rent payment personally. Your comment with regards to a long wait time when calling could only be due to catching us at a busy time, we do not differentiate between new sales calls and customer service related calls in any way.
Please be aware that rental amounts are remitted in arrears, however if you are owed two months rent it would appear something else is wrong. Please provide you account details and we will call YOU shortly to get to the bottom of this.
As for the 0870 number. We made the decision to use an 0870 number because we are an internet based business, trying to encourage our customers to use the site as much as possible. Most of our competitors do not even give a contact number. Saying that we have gone from one extreme to the other, from 0800 to 0870, maybe in hindsight an 0845 would have been a wiser choice. I will consider moving it on our next print run.
