I think the Storrington address is their head office which until 2001 was in Hove. The contact phone number in those days was:

0800 074 3767

This number is still given as the number for their store in Hove but it is possible that it can also connect to Storrington. See:

I tried the freephone number, it is live and was ringing but it was after hours on Saturday and noone answered. Suggest you try it on Monday.
