The CPW store locator finds only one branch on Broadmead:

Is the one at 2a a new shop?

Some websites have 0117 954 4882 as a fax for 2a Broadmead. Also telephone 0117 927 3892.

These results have been found through Googling carphone "bs1 2dl" 0117.

Please come back and say what it works and what doesn't.
