Global Baggage Solutions
Mar 12th, 2007 at 10:50am

Hello, new guy here.

Last night Emirates managed to loose my luggage. I reported this to the handling agents and was given a contact number to call. Guess what 0870!!!!

So with my luggage lost, I now have to pay 10p/min to chase it up. Anyone have a geog number for these guys, yell.com, bt.com dont have anything and their website gives nothing away.

Thanks

Sucron House
Copson Street
Withington
Manchester

............."Our call centre is predominantly staffed by experienced baggage facilities agents who have previous experience gained with handing agents and other airline baggage facilities."
So they also have quite a few people with no idea of what they are doing, and the very simple spelling mistake gives you a company to be confident of.
You were lucky to even get that 0870 number. Google and others can't seem to locate any number for them.

192 confirms their address, but gives it as 11a Copson St. Some back office, or a flat above a shop.
Post code is M20 3HE

They also have an office at the airport. One way to contact them may be to call Manchester Airport on 0161 489 3000 and ask to be transferred.

GLOBAL BAGGAGE SOLUTIONS LTD
ROOM 0066 LEVEL G TERMINAL 2
MANCHESTER AIRPORT
MANCHESTER
M90 4TU

A word of warning though. I called Manchester Airport but after the recorded message which tells one to wait for an operator I waited for 5 minutes and noone came on.
