Lloyds TSB Collections (Read 34,739 times)

I don't think so, Lloyds Registrars have a different 0870 and 0121 geog number. Maia, please tell us what part of Lloyds you want to contact and, if you know it, their address.

I tried to phone Lloyds TSB today. I want to add a couple of grand to my mortgage. I looked at my mortgage statement. It said to phone 0845 603 1637. I did. I gave the woman the first three numbers of my mortgage account number and she said "oh, we don't deal with 876 mortgages, you need to phone 0845 300 0000" so I did. The woman at that number said I had to phone 01724 283000 so I did. The woman at that number said I had to phone 0800 272131, so I did. The woman at that number said they can't do Scottish mortgages over the phone and I have to go into a local branch. I said this is why people want independence - not because of the big political reasons, but because of the little nasty petty ways companies treat Scottish customers badly. So I looked up my local branch of Lloyds TSB in the phone book and it says I have to phone 0845 300 0000. So I did and by then it was too late for them to put me through to the mortgage person in the local branch.

0870 150 4656 is the number of the LloydsTSB collection centre located in Brighton. I assume they called you from this number. They have a geographic number, 01274 743574, but all you get here (at least in the evening) is a message saying that "we called you and will attempt to contact you later". Suggest you try this number in daytime.

This is the Customer Service centre for LloydsTSB, also in Brighton. Maybe they can put you through to the collection centre, worth a try.

The two numbers given for the Brighton collection centre no longer work and should be deleted: 01273 745187, 01273 745189

there was a typo in the number, it should have read 01273 743574

this Customer Service Centre is in Scunthorpe, not in Brighton

I eventually phoned and spoke to a call centre operator in India - very poorly trained. I have to say - after which I spoke to someone in the UK. The number was 01273 743754. Sorry for not replying lompos, I was away.

This number says that they are closed now. Are you sure that it is not possible to get through to them on this number when the office is open?

Lloyds TSB Priority Action 0845 600 6291 (A division of Collections - when they take priority action against your account)

In Brighton I think - normal working hours.

Good Luck! - you often get different information from different people.

Visiting your branch or writing to them might be more successful?
