e-petition concerning so-called "unlimited" broadb

Hi All,
I noticed an e-petition
here
that calls on the PM to insist that Ofcom/ASA do something concerning broadband providers that state their service is "unlimited" when in fact it has either a download limit or an undefined FUP (Fair Usage Policy).
I realise that this e-petition is not related to 08x numbers but I wanted to raise it's awareness to other forum members.
I didn't create this e-petition and spotted it on MSE
here
.
