There is a link entitled Search to find an alternative number on the home page situated on the green bar, just under the SAYNOTO0870.COM title, that takes you to the search page for the database of alternative numbers. Or click on this:

From there you can search the database of alternative numbers, either by company name or phone number. To find the number you are looking for, enter the 0870 number into the second box, Please enter a phone number to search for and press the search button next to it.

Alternatively, search by company name by entering either house of fraser (or even just house of) or howells in the top box for company name search.

This is how you should use the site. Post on the forum if you cannot find an alternative in the database or it doesn't work. Please follow the instructions for posting a request, particularly the bit in blue that asks you to post the company's address and so on.
