Look in the database of this site. There are various other numbers there, including in the US which is presumably the main Head Office.  You can call them for 1p/min using one of the 0844 access numbers, e.g. 0844 861 2121.

You can also fax and email Paypal.

Thanks for posting about this Adeel. I tried this the other evening and got the same message. I also tried +35314369004 at the same time and it was unobtainable. I understand that PayPal is answered in Dublin and this is a Dublin geographic number, so it may be the most direct alternative.

I have just tried 020 8605 3000 now and it goes to the menu options, 1 for PayPal, 2 for eBay and 3 for any other enquiry. Selecting option 1 goes to the same recorded prompt as is on 0870 730 7191. This same prompt is on +35314369004 and so both numbers have come alive again. And the same prompt is on 0845 401 1050.

Perhaps we need to try these at different times to ascertain whether they are unavailable at particular times. If we find that this is the case it will be wise to put a note on the respective entries so people know this.


PS. I have also removed two other Dublin numbers that don't match the 0870, but do announce as PayPal. These are +353 1436 9111 which was listed as an "also" and "For other Europe" +353 1 436 9001.
