We provide our customers with an 0870 for them to either divert their calls to, or issue to their clients * We answer all calls in the customers name
* We digitally voice record all calls
* All calls are entered into a computer system following an agreed call script
* A call report is sent to an email address as soon as the call is finished
* We then manage the call on behalf of the client, this can include:
o Paging/SMS a member of their company
o Calling a member of their company
o Working to a staff rota
o Sending out literature
o Processing a sales order

So the Ambulance service provides a client with an 0870. So if I were to use their "service" and I wanted my 01/02 number that I have given to many customers, I would have to pay diversion costs to 0870! They won't give me the underlying 01/02 number!
